The fabric is flimsy, and although it looks fine, it is not woven and can easily be poked-through or pulled if rubbed against an abrasive surface. It has no flat support for the fabric on top, which prevents the use of the top as additional storage space. The bottom also has a similar problem, in that although the bottom is enclosed--which I do find nice--the fabric is about four inches above the floor and does not have any support, which prevents storage inside the bottom of the wardrobe. The wardrobe does, however, provide ample space for hanging clothes and gives easy access to its contents via the double doors. A friend and I put it together in about 15 minutes (might have been less if we'd bothered with the instructions ^_^). As for durability, I've only had it for about a month, but I have an incredible amount of stuff hanging on the rod with considerable weight. I would have expected it to sag, but the central support has it holding everything up without the slightest sag. I have my purses and bags on the bottom, as well as blankets and hats on top of it.
