I was terribly disappointed! After about two weeks, the plastic that surrounds the metal on the side of the rack we had up higher broke. So, I made that the lower side of the rack and turned it around. Then the same thing happened with that side. I resigned myself to having both sides at the same level (which is NOT ideal). But then the plastic holding the bottom of one pole, right near the wheel, broke! So now I had three poles still in the plastic base and one that had to be set on the floor. We just had to throw this away! And I did not have this terribly overloaded. There were no coats or heavy items - just tops and bottoms for a petite female hanging on plastic hangers. It always swayed to one side, no matter how we distributed the weight. The poles also wouldn't stay at the correct height we adjusted it to - it would randomly slide down a lot. Then I decided that I shouldn't judge something before I tested it. I put the rack together and it was simple. The rack wobbled a lot, but I thought that was because of how I put it together. I took it apart and put it together pretty well. However, the rack continued to wobble and was not stable at all (I'm a pretty decently built man, so it's definitely not because I didn't have the strength to put the pieces together). To add to this, one of the wheels just does not work. I took the brakes off and checked for anything stuck in the wheel(which there was nothing stuck there), but the wheel continued to be in a non functional state. When trying to increase the height of the rack, the grips would not hold well and the racks would just slide down to the lowest level.
