It is scratched all over and when delivered I saw that the hanging rod was bent. When I called for a new one the rep didn't understand what I needed even when I gave the part number. I received a very small plastic part which I have no idea what it has to do with my product. My cousin drove a solid rod into the hanging rod so I could use it. The product needs a solid wood back to it as it is also very wobbley. I went to BIG LOTS and bought a 48" that is built much better and I paid a lot less. Horrible product. |
