After hanging a few garments in one of the closets (making sure that the weight was distributed, the bars split in half and the entire unit collapsed. I would not recommend this to anyone for storage. It may successfully hold a few things but I expected to be able to store clothing for a few months as I rotated them out of my closet each season. After 15 items (7 jackets, 2 dresses, 6 pairs of slacks) the wardrobe was history. The plastic, flimsy brackets bend and crack with the least amount of pressure. After I had it together I went to zip it shut and the top left zipper pull slid right off the thing and was in my hand. It took me an hour to get it back on, then I sewed it and glued it so it couldn't come off again. When I hung clothes on the rod the top center bar snapped and all my gowns fell to the bottom. Save your money. I went to Lowes where I should have gone in the first place and bought a quality name closet. |
